Mother Gaskets products offers the range of Gaskets include CAF – Gaskets, Spiral Wound Gaskets, Ring Joint Gaskets, Customized Gaskets, Teflon Gaskets, Car Gasket, Metal Jacketed Gasket, Camprofile Gaskets, Rubber Gaskets, Heat exchanger Gaskets, Serrated Gaskets, Teflon Envelope Gaskets and Diaphragm Gaskets. CAF – Gaskets:
CAF/Non Asbestos Gaskets are die cut or circle cut from compressed asbestos fibre/non asbestos jointing which are manufactured from carefully selected chrysolite fibre intimately blended with suitable heat resistant binders etc. and vulcanisedinto sheets of homogenous compositions and uniform thickness.

Spiral Wound Gaskets:
The types of Spiral Wound Gaskets are as follows

• Spiral without Inner and Outer Ring
• Spiral with only Outer Ring
• Spiral with only Inner Ring
• Spiral with Inner and Outer Ring of Solid Metal
• Spiral with Inner or Outer or with Partition Ribs

Ring Joint Gaskets:
Ring Joint Gaskets can be used especially in areas with the most rigid sealing requirements, such as the offshore, chemical, mining and petrochemical industries.

Customized Gaskets:
Customized Gaskets are available in different material construction, in various shapes. Pure graphite products with and without insertion are also offered.

Teflon Gaskets:
Teflon -based gasket materials are able to withstand significantly more aggressive chemical environments (including highly oxidizing environments) than standard non-asbestos gasket materials.

Cork Gaskets:
Cork Gaskets are made of cells with walls of a strong resinous substance that is flexible but will not stretch.

Metal Jacketed Gasket:
Metal jacketed gasket (MJG)is made from graphite, ceramic, non-asbestos etc. Filler covered with thin metal jacket, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper etc., special used in sealing spots of heat exchanger, pressure vessel, etc.

Camprofile Gaskets:
Camprofile Gasket is a two-part seal comprising of a precision machined grooved metal core, which takes the bolt loading, resulting in extremely high pressure loading, giving excellent deformation and sealing properties.
