ER Sealed Nuts & Sealing Disc for Use With AD & ADB Tool Mountings

KTA Spindle Toolings offers ER sealed nuts in following versions: ER 16, ER20, ER25, ER32, ER40 and ER50. These sealing discs are available in the following range: from Ø3.0 to Ø10.0 ER16 in steps of 0.50 mm; from Ø3.0 to Ø13.0 ER20 in steps of 0.50 mm; from Ø3.0 to Ø16.0 ER25 in steps of 0.50 mm; from Ø3.0 to Ø 20.0 ER32 in steps of 0.50 mm; from Ø3.0 to Ø26.0 ER40 in steps of 0.50 mm; and from Ø10.0 to Ø34.0 ER50 in steps of 0.50 mm. The company offers a full set of discs in wooden tray too for each collet version. Sealing discs are marked for type and size. Mounting in nut is to done so as one can see the marking after mounting the disc in the nut (through nut threading end). Coolant pressure is 60 bar maximum.
