Packings & Jointings Gaskets Pvt Ltd offers a range of Ring Joint Gaskets used for high pressure/high temperature sealing applications. They are used in oil field equipment, valves, pipe work assemblies, high pressure vessels, in the chemical, petrochemical and oil drilling industries. The gaskets are manufactured as per API 6A and ASME B16.20 specifications. These are available in various types and sizes. Oval/Octagonal – R11 to R105: oval ring joint gaskets can be used in the old type flanges with round bottom grooves, and they can also be used in the newer type flanges with flat bottom grooves. RX type RX20 to RX215: RX type of ring joint gaskets are modified adaptation of the R type of ring joint gaskets. They are also interchangeable with the R type octagonal ring joint gaskets. The design of RX type gasket uses a pressure energised effect – the efficiency of the gasket increases as the internal pressure increases. BX type, BX 150 to BX 303: BX type of ring joint gaskets are pressure energised and are designed for use of pressures up to 20,000 psi. All BX type gaskets have an equalizing hole to ensure equalization of pressure in the groove. Materials: low carbon steel, soft iron, SS304, SS316, SS304L, SS316L, SS321, SS347, 4-6 chromium 1/2Mo (F5), SS410, monel, inconel, incoloy, hastelloy, nickel, etc. The company was incorporated in 1999 to manufacture metal gaskets, valve components and CNC machined components. It has a well-equipped plant, with CNC machines and SPMs (special purpose machines), to supply these components as per customer drawings and specifications.
