Tyre Sealant

Tyre Protector offers tyre sealant. The sealant, also called as Tyre Protector, remains in a gel like state for the life of the tyre, and is professionally installed into the tyre through the valve stem after the removal of the valve core. As the tyre rotates, centrifugal force evenly spreads the Tyre Protector over the entirety of the internal tread area, coating the area with a minimum of 2mm of sealant. A laboratory tested and road proven thixotropic tyre sealant, tyre protector instantly and permanently seals punctures in the tread area caused by puncturing objects up to (6 mm) in car tyres and (12 mm) in commercial vehicle tyres. The coating repairs leaks immediately as penetration occurs; thousands of strong interlocking fibres reacting instantly, sealing around the puncturing object preventing loss of air. Tyre Protector also saves from under inflation as the tyre loses air via the microscopic pores in rubber (porosity leaks). The ingredients in Tyre Protector are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. The product is fully water soluble and may be washed away with water. This enables commercial tyres to be reused by way of re-treading or re-mixing. Tyre Protector does not affect the balance of the tyre because it is professionally installed using precise quantities. It is however recommended, especially with cars, that the wheels should be balanced prior to installation. Tyre Protector will not affect manufacturers or extended warranties on tyres or wheels.
