Thermo Adhesive Film

Agro International is the sole manufacturer of Thermo Adhesive Film, Easy-Flux-75 in India. This is also known as perforated film, panny, binder film, HMA (hot melt adhesive film) or EVA film. Easy-Flux-75 is a material of choice to produce adhesive films used to bond different types of solid substrates such as PA, PET 7 PU films, metal foils, textiles, fibre glass fabrics, artificial leather, wood and natural fibres products, non woven and foams. Easy Flux-75 is a hot melt adhesive in the form of film. It works as binder layer between any two substances for thermal bonding (by heating of 90ºC). It is suitable for applications between: fabric to fabric; PU foam to fabric; veneer to wood board; ply to veneer; and fabric to wood. Fabric includes all types of cloth like polyester, cotton, silk, etc. Easy-Flux-75 is extruded by cast film technology, applied in second step, under pressure and heat activation. Electrically heated transfer calenders, infra red roll calendar, flame bonding machine, flatbed calenders compression moulding and lamination machine are possible application processes. It gives perfect bonding with very high peel strength. It is very cost effective and new generation technique. Ready to use Easy-Flux-75 can bond with fabric or wood on side and other coated surface can stick as and when required with any other substance like paper/sticker/sun mica/wallpaper, etc.
