RTV Silicon Sealant

Metlok offers a range of adhesives, sealants and their application accessories. The company has now introduced RTV silicon sealant, MY-T-SIL 912/913, which is a single component room temperature vulcanising (RTV) silicon-sealing compound. It cures in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form, durable, flexible and waterproof solid silicon rubber mass that is resistant solar radiation. It performs under extreme temperatures between -65ºC to +250ºC. Its non-sag property facilitates applications on vertical joints. It is resistance to weathering, ozone, solar radiation, moisture, vibrations and extreme temperatures conditions. It bonds metals, plastics, ceramics glass, wood, painted, surfaces, concrete, natural and synthetic fibres, epoxies, silicones resins and rubber, etc.
