PTFE Gasket Tape

TDT Sealpack offers PTFE Gasket Tape, Teadit 24 HD. It is a pre-dandified 100% pure PTFE gasket tape. Technical data - density (at delivery): d = 1.0 g/cm3; temperature range: 240°C up to + 270°C; pressure: from vacuum up to 200 bar; pH: 0- 14; gasket parameter, assembly QUV/0.01 = 26.5 Mpa; gasket parameter, operational m 0.01 = 2; and product standard width from 3.2 to 15 mm wide in 0.3 up to 7.0 mm thickness. Advantages: all physical properties of 100% pure PTFE and the higher original density results in increased remaining gasket thickness. Typical applications: sealing of tube heat exchangers; extra large flanges, containers, lids, etc; pump housings; and inspection holes, manholes, etc.
