PTFE Gasket Tapes

TDT Sealpack offers a PTFE Gasket Tape, Teadit 24 BB. It is available in width from 25 mm to 200 mm in 0.5 mm up to 3.0 mm thickness. It is suitable to cut or punch gasket from tape and has full width adhesive tape on one side. It is approved for use with foodstuffs (also available without adhesive tape). Technical data: density (at delivery): d = 0.75 g/cm3; temperature range: -240ºC up to + 270ºC; pressure: from vacuum up to 200bar pH 0 - 14; gasket parameter, assembly QUV/ 0,01 = 30 Mpa; gasket parameter, operational m 0,01 = 2.5. Advantages: all physical properties of 100% PTFE; gasket can be economically cut from the tape; intricate shapes can be cut or punched with simple tools; and reduced maintenance time.
