Metal Impregnation Sealants

Diamant offers Metal Impregnation Sealant. This is a single component liquid material, which follows the physical property of capillarity resulting from surface tension and pressure difference of liquids in small areas. Salient features: cured material; pressure-tight up to 400 bar; temperature resistance - 500ºC along with chemical and corrosion resistance; can be used in place without special knowledge or experience; ideal for any metal alloy, colourless liquid, ready for use material; rational and fast technique; and ideal for series impregnations as well as for large size or single components. With the development of this material vacuum impregnation equipment is not required, which is a big saving in terms of transport, power, size of component along with no disposal problem. Application is by spraying, brushing or dipping.
