Liquid Gasket Sealants

Zeal Polymers specialises in manufacture of high temperature Liquid Gasket Sealants, presently being used by leading diesel engine/gearbox manufacturers for gasketing solutions. Zealac high temperature liquid gasket sealants sustain high temperature resistivity up to 400°-500°C, and are self-forming gaskets that provide a perfect seal between components, with maximum face-to-face contact, eliminating flange face corrosion. A low pressure seal is formed immediately on assembly and, at full cure, it provides a seal that won’t shrink, crack or relax. Zealac is suitable for a wide range of gasketing and thread sealing applications such as stud bolts, rocker covers, oil sumps, gearboxes, fuel pumps, differential pan, transmission pan, two wheeler engines, heat-exchangers, thermic oil heater, hydraulic pipe fittings, oil pipe lines, steam lines, and electric resistance welded pipes. It can meet every conceivable shape and size of flange – removing the need for a large inventory of different sized rigid gaskets thereby reducing inventory costs while offering flexibility in design and allowing lower cost manufacturing procedures. Zealac products are significantly economical and cost effective than other conventional gaskets and comparable sealants. Zealac GA is a liquid gasket sealant sustaining high temperature resistivity up to 400°-500°C. Zealac ET is a slow drying liquid gasket sealant sustaining equally high temperature resistivity.
