Fibreglass Backup Tape

The Fibreglass Backup Tape, SIBACK consists of fibreglass tape laminated with centre of adhesive aluminium foil. Outer adhesive strips are duly laminated with easy release liner. The adhesive edges stick to the area surrounding the root gap with the woven fibreglass tape-facing backside of the root gap. This is available at a convenient size of 75 mm wide with fibreglass tape in 25 mm width. This is also available in three different varieties, SIBACK?40 with 40-mil (1 mm) thick fibreglass tape, SIBACK?70 with fibreglass tape of 70 mil (1.75 mm) thickness & SIBACK?120 with the fibreglass tape of 120-mil thickness (3 mm) suitable for the applications up to 400 amps. This is available in the standard length: 20 m/box.
