The technology of KVI cleaning machine combines proven cleaning methods such as targeted injection flood washing and spraying, followed by blow off drying and vacuum drying. This universal design of the system permits faster optimization in the cleaning process. Being compact in its size, ample access for the maintenance makes machine maintenance friendly The machine is suitable for both manual as well automatic loading systems.

Individual workpieces or palletized parts are placed in the process chamber. Once the part is loaded, all the processes are taking place in the process chamber: cleaning, air drying, and optional vacuum drying. The component movements can be precisely adapted for specialized cleaning requirements.
