Water Jet Blasting Cleaner

High pressure water jet blasting uses pressure up to 40000 PSI and is used in various industries such as automotives, aviation, breweries, cement plants, chemical processing, construction, food processing, foundries, highway maintenance, marine, meat packing, metal working, mining, municipalities, oilfield, petrochemical processing, pharmaceutical, pipe (industrial), power stations, public utility, pulp and paper, railroad, refineries, rubber processing, steel mill, surface preparation, etc. This technology is used for cleaning of grease, dirt, paint, mill scale, rust, stains, etc, from all type of surfaces including tubes. The hydroblasting is the only process, which can produce completely cleaned surface including "white metal finish". The equipment can be supplied either in skid mounted, trolley mounted or truck mounted configuration and also for hand operated blasting and automated blasting. This is the only method by which WJ-1 surface preparation standard is achieved, equivalent to NACE No: 5, SSPC-SP12, SIS Sa 3 blast cleanliness standards for visual contaminants.
