Prabodhan Yantra Pradnya has developed an industrial washing cum drying machine. The machine has got belt conveyor which carries the component first in hot water washing zone. The second zone is of pressurised air where the components are dried. Any suitable washing medium can be sprayed under pressure on the components to be washed. A 0.5 HP mono block pump, 10 m head and 5000 LPM capacity is used. Special chain links can be used for component conveying, and compressed air is required. The total machine can be fitted in existing conveyor line. The controller of the machine can be fitted on the machine or separately.
