G N Washmatic India Pvt Ltd offers Hood Type Ware Washers. These are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology, AISI 304 SS (food grade) construction, high quality components for perfect results after each wash, auto cycle to save operating time, final rinse at 82°C to kill all germs, ensuring HACCP compliance, option of 3 speeds for saving water and chemicals, and come with a comprehensive AMC.

Deep drawn wash tank: the wash tank comes with smooth surfaces and rounded corners to facilitate cleaning and HACCP compliance.

Primary and secondary filter system: the primary filter sits above the main wash tank water level, below the wash basket. This filter catches any debris present inside the machine. It assists in keeping the main wash water cleaner far longer and traps larger particles that could prove harmful to the drain pump (if fitted). The secondary filter filters out smaller particles before they enter the wash pump, giving superior wash results and reducing service requirements.

Solid state control: this technology gives improved reliability and machine flexibility, and will keep the operator informed at all stages of machine operation. Accurate chemical dosing and temperature control will ensure a first class result each time.

Rinse aid inject and/or detergent dosing pump: automatically dose the correct amount of detergent and rinse aid during the cycle, giving a sparkling finish to the end product. Strong washing power injection moulded rotating wash and rinse arms with scientifically set intelligent collision technology to ensure maximum wash power.

Unique cross blade action from top and bottom ensures that no area remains uncovered. Washmatic machines are manufactured at a state-of-the-art plant in Delhi/NCR and supported by strong sales and service network across the country with ready delivery of spare parts.
