Mecshot Blasting Equipments offers Vessel Cleaning Machines. These are used to remove rust, dust and to give aesthetic look by imparting satin finish, etc. The finished surface should also be relatively smooth to avoid food build up on the rough surface. Two station-blasting machines are also used for this purpose. The SS components or fittings are placed in the blasting cabinets. The operator cleans the jobs by manual movement of the gun through hand holes provided on the front of the cabinet. A spring is provided for holding the gun arrangement to avoid the operator"s fatigue. A foot switch is also provided for On/Off of blasting operation. The blasting cabinet is incorporated with high illumination lights for clear visibility and media recycling system for regular flow of media. Dust collector through reclaimer sucks the dust created inside cabinets and clean air is discharged into atmosphere to keep the environment clean and with permissible limit of dust emission.
