Vacuum Cleaning Unit For Media Containing Hydrocarbons

MOC Danner GmbH has conceived a vacuum cleaner for hydrocarbon-containing solvents suited for small and large scale production. Work pieces weighing up to 500 kg and also up to 10 tonnes can be economically cleaned. The temperature of the cleaning medium is about 45?C. This avoids the costly pre-heating of the unit. For cleaning steel parts in a two-shift operation with a throughput of 9,600 kg and a liquid volume of 2,000 1,5.85kW are required for the vacuum cleaning.
