They are portable and comprise SS tank, PZT transducers and high frequency generators, all in the same unit. Ultrasonic cleaning is fast, consistent, adaptable and economical because the cleaning action is generated by high frequency sound waves that go around corners;, into deep cracks and recesses. Their features include: timers, thermostatically controlled heaters, over and undervoltage protectors, cooling fans, thermistors, and SS lids; and suitable baskets for various models. The contaminants like oil, grease, tar, blood, serum, protein, agar, food, rust, oxide, plaster, ink, radioactivity and polish can be easily removed by using ultrasonic cleaners.
