Ultrasonic Cleaner

Trans-O-Sonic offers a compact Ultrasonic Cleaner. The table top model is lightweight, portable and easy to operate. Exceptional cleaning is achieved in ultrasonic solvent cleaning equipment. The cleaning liquid is set in motion by transducers activated by an electronic generator. This creates thousands of small bubbles with high vacuum. The implosion of these bubbles causes an intensity of up to 3,000 bar on the surface of the parts to be cleaned, brushing off the impurities. This process is called cavitation. The machine is used for cleaning jewellery, surgical instruments, spectacle frames, contact lenses, watch parts, PCBs and other electronic parts, and in laboratories. It operates on 230 V AC, 50 Hz. The tank size is 225 x 125 x 60 mm (L x B x H), with a capacity of 2 litre. It has a thermostatically controlled built-in heater.
