Ultrasonic Cleaner

Ling ultrasonic cleaner comprises of a stainless steel tank 1.6 swg, argon arc welded with PzT transducers bonded at the bottom of the tank. The generator activates the transducers to form 'cavitations' in the liquid of the tank. Ultrasonic cleaning makes use of a principle known as 'cavitation'. Electrically generated high frequency ultrasonic waves (inaudible to human ears) result into the creation of millions of tiny bubbles in the cleaning liquid. Agitation by these bubbles and subsequent collapsing results into intensive and highly effective scrubbing action on the exposed surface and also on the unreachable parts of the object. This cleans the object very precisely and thoroughly. The deep penetrative cleaning action of ultrasonic removes even the most stubborn dirt and contaminants. Timer, heater with digital thermostat, and cage can be supplied as optional accessories. The unit is easy to operate and has no complex process. Multistage cleaning systems with material handling can be designed for individual capacity requirements. Table top models can be used for cleaning of jewellery, watch parts, optical glasses, surgical equipments and PCBs, automobile components, electroplating, etc.
