Progressive Ultrasonics offers a range of Ultrasonic Cleaners, available in Table top models and for industrial and medical applications. These are most advanced and most effective equipment with indigenous technology. Table top models: table-top machines are provided with optional heaters and resettable mechanical/electronic timers. They are all powered by SMPS based Mosfet/IGBT device electronic generators. All UCT models can be used not only for industrial cleaning but also for medical cleaning and homogenizing, sonochemistry, degassing and cell destruction in laboratory process. Single chamber and multi chamber systems: the company offers a wide range of single chamber and multi chamber industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems. Powerful ultrasonic oscillations produced by a solid state generators/SMPS based generators are converted into mechanical vibrations by PZT transducers. These vibrations produce intense scrubbing action through out the liquid media which in-turn pulls out the contaminants from hidden recess and cleaves of complicated assemblies. Ultrasonics also accelerate chemical action of cleaning media (water and solvents). The standard equipments come with SS wire mesh basket, mechanical timer and thermostatically controlled heaters.
