Tube cleaners

Airxpa Engineers has developed tube cleaners to ensure a safe way of removing tough deposits from curved or straight tubes. These are recommended for all places where danger of explosion exists. Standard No. 7000 models are available for 19 to 140 mm ID tubes. On request, the company can supply heads for up to 500 mm ID tubes. Features: quick connection to airline; air?cooled/air?driven rotary motor of speed 3000-8000 rpm under no load condition; no overheating, efficient, durable; operating pressure of 6 kgf/cm2 G; automatic cut?out with torque overload for preventing tube wall damage; self?clearing heads - air blast clears away loose scale; cool cutter heads; versatile range of standard cutters; air motors of simple design with few moving parts, which provide trouble-free operation with minimum maintenance. For heavy-duty application on hard and thick scale, the six blades 9000 series are offered with larger capacity air motors.
