Tank Cleaning Machine

The Tank Cleaning Machine, Lechler 5TC, is self-rotating, gear driven. The special design solid jet nozzles grant a powerful and efficient cleaning of tank interior surface. The even and polished surface of the head provides a universal usage, especially in sanitary applications or for CIP installation purpose. Various features of the machine are as follows: self-rotating capability; gear controlled for complete powerful all around cleaning; cleaning time depending on liquid pressure (15 to 30 minutes); effective cleaning up to 16 m diameter tank; systematically sweeps the entire tank interior; built to withstand long use and aggressive liquids, robust and low maintenance construction; and does not require high feed pressures; media lubricated, no oils, no grease. Standard machine configuration uses two or four nozzles to blast the tank walls and clean all the surfaces.
