Spring Washers

Spring Washers are widely used in transmission towers erection, railways, automobiles, electrical and in many other engineering applications, where locking action is required against rotation of the screw of bolted assemblies. It provides excellent protection against loosening of assembly due to vibrations, jerks or fatigue. The Popular spring washer brand "CARBON" is being manufactured and distributed by us. Spring washers are produced on automatic machines within close tolerances to provide excellent functional properties. Our spring washer is a single coil helical shaped wire ring and work like a spring when loaded and offer a preloaded between two surfaces. The products are manufactured as per ISS, BSS, JIS, DIN standards like IS:3063, IS:6735, DIN:127, BS:1802, JIS, American standards and to as per customer specifications. Sizes ranging from 2 mm to 36 mm in Metric standard and from 1/8” to 1.5” with internal diameter are available.
