Special Wipes for Metals, Corwipes

They are designed for both industrial and commercial cleaning applications. Corwipes® provide triple-action performance; degrease, remove rust and leave a thin film of corrosion inhibitors. They can be used to clean, protect, and maintain products, components or assemblies such as: machinery equipment, rusted or tarnished parts, tools, sheets of metal covered with oily or waxy films, food, processing and office equipment, floors and many more. Corwipes 300 and 500 contain active water based material that is safe to handle and is not harmful to skin or flammable. They are classified as non hazardous to people or atmosphere. These wipes reduce need for multiple cleaners, and therefore reduce costs as well as chemical consumption while increasing productivity. Metals that can be treated with these products are: aluminium, carbon steel, cast iron, copper and stainless steel. Length of protection is up to several months. Corwipe 500 – due to it's excellent antistatic features is also used for; static sensitive equipment, aircraft and satellite components, PC boards, terminal blocks, power connections, audio connectors, military equipment, ammunitions and missile components. Corwipe 500 features a 12.7 x 12.7 cm (5” x 5”) non-woven fabric towel, which is difficult to rip, even with the toughest of cleaning applications. Corwipes 500 are packed 25 wipes per container, while Corwipe 300 is available in 72 wipes count canisters. The shelf life of unopened container is up to 24 months.
