The compact system is fully standardised, works with simple, proven Dürr Ecoclean technology and requires only a small footprint. Powerful halogen-free hydrocarbon cleaning media under vacuum ensure safe and economical removal of oil, grease and chips, making it an alternative for TCE cleaning. EcoCBase C2 in its basic version handles multiple cleaning tasks ranging from degreasing workpieces to removing smaller particles of less than < 100 µm – with integrated flood tank, vacuum drying and special filtration both in forward and reverse flow. Upgrades such as a distillation unit, a second flood tank and ultrasonic cleaning unit can also be installed.
