Single Chamber Cleaning & Degreasing System

Zippel introduces the Rema-K1, a cleaning machine for sensitive and insensitive parts with all kinds of pollution. The operator can choose the method that best suits his needs. For example, it is possible to carry out a coarse cleaning in container one in a basket or in a slewing mechanism. It is also possible to carry out several rinsings if the goods are of high quality. Caking and coarse dirt as well as oil and grease can all be removed by means of dry ice without damaging the background. A plunging process can also be chosen together with the spraying process.
