Shrimp Grading & Filth Washing Machine

Rajma Engineering Industries offers a range of products for the fish processing industry. The automatic shrimp grading and filth washing machine is designed for efficient cleaning and grading of pud and tiny headless shrimps. It is a simple, scientifically designed machine, based on water flow and gravity principle, manufactured in food quality stainless steel material. Advantages are: Antennae and hair get arrested; 95-98% filth and dirt are removed; Uniform grading, damage-free and hygienic product; High production, less infrastructure, lesser time, very low production cost; and, 6 different grades can be taken at a time. Salient features: Easy and very accurate specimen gap adjustment by means of worm and worm gear attachment with each grading roll; Automatic self-locking of grading rolls; Positive drive by sprocket and chain for the rolls, hence no breakdown or slipping; Special PB bushings on roll ends for smooth and silent working; All corners and edges rounded off for better and effective cleaning; and, designed for continuous duty. Power: 3.5 HP, 3-phase, 415 V. Minimum quantity of water-250 litres.
