Scrubbers

Elasto Polymer Processors manufactures scrubbers that are available in three different varieties: Packed Bed scrubbers: removes soluble gases like NOX, HCL, SO2/SO3, H2S, Cl2, Br2 and NH3. Typical application include chemical plants sewage treatment metal finishing operations pulp and paper mills. Contaminants are removed on contact with counter-current scrubbing liquid within the packet bed. Sieve tray scrubbers: These scrubbers remove soluble gases and particulate. Typical applications include chemical plants, sewage treatment facilities, pickling, electroplating, anodizing and similar application. Venturi scrubbers: These scrubbers remove fumes, dust, solids and liquid particulate. Typical applications are fertilizer and chemical plants, pulp and paper mills, smelting, galvanising and plating operations. Pollutants are removed by bringing the gas stream and scrubbing liquid into violent turbulent contact as they pass through a high velocity Venturi Throat Section.
