In rotary table washing machines, an AC geared motor rotates the basket at slow speed and the machine is also equipped with spray bars from top, bottom and sides of the basket. All sides of the components are exposed to spray as basket is rotated during cleaning. Compressed air is blown through spray nozzles for few seconds for purging cycle after washing is over. For removing excess solution droplets from component surfaces, the compressed air is blown through separate air blow nozzles after purging gets over.
