Reactor Tube Cleaning Machine

Mec Shot Blasting Equipment Pvt Ltd offers a reactor tube-cleaning machine. Internal cleaning of reactor tubes in-situ, was a challenging task until recently due to the huge quantity of tubes having smaller bore and longer length. With the passage of service and time, the internal surface of tubes get contaminated, rusted, corroded and some times service media also get deposited all around its internal periphery causing retardation of its optimum performance. Therefore, these tubes are to be periodically cleaned as preventive measure to remove contaminants, rust or sticky deposits. The company has engineered and supplied high-pressure portable blasting machines capable of blasting clean tubes of ID 19 mm to 32 mm, and length 10 to 15 metres, in-situ with use of compressed air and abrasive media. The production output is 50 to 100 tubes per hour, depending upon tube condition. The machine is featured with sequential on/off of com-pressed air and abrasive flow with regulating arrangement for optimum utilization of compressed air energy and abrasive media. The machine can operate in auto mode for pre-set time duration or in manual mode through hand held low voltage (24 V) on/off switch.
