Pneumatic Vacuum Cleaners

Fuji Air Tools offers Pneumatic Vacuum Cleaner, APC-500-1. This is mounted on the lid of a drum of 200 litres capacity. It is connected to air supply on one side. The other side is connected to a two metre long suction hose, and one metre long suction pipe. The connection is of swivelling type for easy movement of the suction pipe. When the air supply is turned on, the unit produces a strong vacuum force and sucks the dirt, dust and powder on the floor. The sucked waste material is passed in the drum, and the exhaust air is passed out of the drum lid. The unit has no working parts, and therefore there is no maintenance. The unit is highly useful for keeping the shop floor clean. It can be used in a cluster of machines to suck the small chips, burr particles and grinding dust. It can be used in foundries and forging shops to suck the excess sand, fettling burr, etc. With special suction hose and pipes, it can be used for sucking the coolant and oil from machine beds, and for sucking spilled over coolant and other chemicals from the shop floor. A wheel operated drum dolly is also supplied as optional accessory to move the drum from one place to another.
