Oil skimmers - model 5-H

JVM Marketing Pvt Ltd offers oil skimmers - model 5-H, for removing free-floating oil from industrial wastewater. This unit employs floating tube mechanism for recovering free-floating waste oil. The tube floats up and down with varying liquid levels so that it is always in touch with free-floating oil over water. Oil sticks to the tube and is scraped off by scraping mechanism of the machine. Waste oil is discharged in oil container. This system works until recovery of the oil is fully accomplished. The oil removal capacity is up to 4,800 L per day, considering 30-grade oil and 5 mm oil thickness in wastewater. Model 5-H is capable of working day and night throughout the year without requiring any monitoring. Application: skims waste oil, mixed and vegetable oil, oily froth and other contaminations.
