Magnetic Sweeper, Ultra Permanent

Uptech Engineering is engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying various types of magnetic products, precision inspection instruments and machine shop aids. The Ultra Permanent Magnetic Sweeper is available in 2 models – light duty and heavy duty. Light duty sweepers are used in tool room industry/press shops to collect scrap particles from the shop floor. Light duty sweepers are capable of collecting materials from 1” height, and are available in 3 sizes: 300 x 150 mm, 450 x 150 mm and 600 x 150 mm. It is operated with long handle for easy working. Heavy-duty magnetic sweepers are used to collect ferrous particles and scrap from floor space. These are usually used on shop floor and at scrap yards. Heavy-duty sweepers are operated with hydraulic jack, and are capable of collecting the materials from 6” height. These are is available in 3 sizes: 450 x 300 mm, 600 x 300 mm and 250 x 300 mm (special sizes are also available on request). All products undergo stringent checks, which are closely monitored by experienced quality analysts. The company has complete testing facilities for checking the quality of the products. It has an in-house design unit with CAD and CAM facilities for better design and development.
