- The automatic loading arrangement facilitates loading of bottles on to SS wire mesh conveyor through feed conveyor, or bottles are pushed manually from feed table; this saves manpower as bottles are fed into pockets automatically.
- The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading bottle and continues on to turntable (optional); the bottles are manual loaded and unload on rotating platform and are cleaned in a series of operations
- The bottles are held in bottle holders that are specially designed to accommodate bottles with varying neck diameter and bottle diameter; the bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders; spraying showers do the external cleaning of the bottles.
- Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirements; bottles will be pushed from in feed tray and then move on wire woven conveyor belt, which aligns the bottle in correct position to enter in to the carrier pocket with the help of oscillating guide rails.
- The washed bottles are then delivered to the out feed tray with neck opening upward and then automatically reordered to a drying and sterilising tunnel with back pressure.
