Jet Spray Component Washing Machine

Unitech – Ultrasonics offers a high pressure Jet Spray Component Washing Machine, Model Unitech – HP 10. This is capable of multi-jet cleaning, specific area cleaning and air blowing component washing. It is ideal for online cleaning of production components, high performance, cleaning equipment, using water based chemicals. It comprises of a rotary table/customized fixtures which hold the component in position. This turn table is driven by AC geared motor revolving at a fixed low speed, which ensures maximum exposure of component to the high pressure jet. It has got built-in filtration as well as pressurised filtration systems to recycle the solution. The oil skimmer incorporated removes the floating oil from the solution. The machine ensures the removal of contamination like loose chips, oil, dirt and dust. Heating arrangement is provided to heat the solution. Auto canopy opening/closing reduces the idle time. Filter choke visual indicator ensures time to time filter cleaning and solution recycling. Exhaust duct is provided to extract the fumes from closed spray chamber. Use of these machines in line production, reduces the rejection ratio, improves quality of component, efficiency and performance.
