Industrial Washing Machine

Kelleys is leading manufacturer of industrial washing machine (batch type, conveyorised, dunking type, rotary type, etc), for forged, cast and pressure die cast components and plastic bin washing machines. Kelley’s machines can meet stringent Millipore requirement. The machines are designed with complex fixturing and with high pressures for achieving stringent Millipore values of even up to 2 mg. The equipment is used for cleaning of cast, forged, pressure die cast machined components. Machines are manufactured in stainless steel with multiple filtration arrangement, powder coated panels with standard electric fittings including PLCs, MMI, touch screen, are standard features of the machine. Horizontal and vertical pumps are used for better equipment performance and quality.
