Industrial Components Washing/Degreasing Machine

Aditron India manufactures a high pressure rotating jet degreasing washing machine suitable for auto parts or metallic parts and plastic components. The system offered comprises high pressure rotating jets, which wash and degrease the parts from inside and outside, as required by the application. The high pressure rotating jets spray the hot media under pressure at the desired pressure to clean to wash and degrease the components. The systems offered are automatic, semi-automatic or manual, spray type or rotating jets, dipping with rotation, etc. The component washing system is complete and ready to use, with auto/manual door opening and closing, timer controlled with heater, filtration and all other features as required by the application. The components/parts are placed in a mesh basket with the high pressure jets placed all around. The jets on the top are rotating to clean the parts. All nooks and corners get cleaned effectively; the outside dirt is cleaned by stationary jets. The system is made to order as per bin sizes, to suit the application.
