Dürr Ecoclean – Cleaning and Filtration Systems, offers EcoCFlex for challenging cleaning applications: outstanding cleaning quality, extensive flexibility and profitability. The EcoCFlex combines proven cleaning methods with the flexibility of a fully integrated 6-axis robot, enabling the system to be integrated into running production processes and to cater production peaks. Thanks to the robot system, the cleaning process can be easily and quickly adapted to accommodate different workpieces. Another highlight is the robot gripper, which can be easily adjusted to suit various parts. Individual or palletised workpieces are picked up by the robot at a defined point and transferred into the multifunctional chamber, where various processes such as cleaning, air-drying and optional vacuum drying take place. The EcoCFlex offers high levels of safety, operates under the most difficult wet chemical environment conditions and can handle workpieces up to 300 kg. The EcoCFlex meets the demands on top quality cleaning, maximum flexibility and profitability with around 40% lesser footprint, reduced electricity and water consumption than other conventional systems.
