Industrial Brushes – Strip Brushes

Poona Brush Company is engaged in manufacture of industrial and special purpose brushes for over 40 years. The company has introduced strip brushes manufactured on specialised equipment. Bristles are clamped in SS/GI strip. Brushes with required length and bent as per required profile are available. These brushes are used in vacuum cleaners. Important application of these brushes is to seal gaps against dust, fumes, water, etc. The company has installed a CNC brush machine from Zahoransky (Germany), a first of its kind in Asia. This is a 5-axis machine, a heavy-duty machine that has a capacity of making rollers of maximum dia 500 mm and length 700 mm. The versatility of this machine allows making brushes of any special profile. Brushes of different shapes, profiles like range of flat brushes, cup shaped brushes and rollers can be made on this machine. Apart from its fantastic speed, the machine assures 100% quality and consistency.
