Hydroclean

Abhitech products offers Hydroclean, an effective cooling water (circulating water) treatment. This treatment is used for cooling towers, heat exchangers and other cooling system equipments. After repeated use, this water becomes more concentrated with the dissolved salt in water. This concentrated water should be drained off and fresh water has to be added to the system to make it less saline. This fresh water does not have any passivation chemicals which protects the components of the condenser parts and piping from corrosion. Hence for proper heat exchange, these equipment need an effective treatment to inhibit corrosion and algae. Hydroclean is a multi component, eco-friendly biocide. It helps in dispersing microbiological fouling (algae) and controlling of scale deposition in all recirculating cooling water systems. It also disperses mud, silt, oil, suspended solids, etc., and thus help to maintain clear and clean surface. Hydroclean is a blend of unique multi-phosphate along with low molecular weight polymer, combining the best properties from each class of components. Advantages: avoids algae formation, thereby providing cleaner surface; acts as a corrosion inhibitor, thereby reducing the effect of harmful Ca+2 ions; disperses silt and other suspended solids, thereby preventing their accumulation in low velocity area; helps maximise heat transfer efficiency; minimises the deposits and formulation of mineral scale; and reduces power consumption by removing biomass and enhances the efficiency of the system.
