The machines are provided with Automatic Bypass and Unloader arrangement with automatic start stop facility. This allows closing of the gun/jet by the operator while moving from one location of operation to the other. The motor is shut off when the gun is not in use. This ensures longer life and low maintenance of the equipment.
- Chemical Injecting System is provided which can ensure economical usage of detergents/soaps/disinfectants. Selection to chemical models by easy flick of the knob available in the gun with the operator.
- Belt Driven vs. Direct Mounted: We are offering a pump, which is directly mounted on the motor shaft. This eliminates slippage of belt and wear & tear of pulley and belt, resulting in more efficient trouble free machines.
- No Pulsation Flow with Our Machines: Normally all competitors are providing machines with single plunger and low rpm pump. This gives a pulsating flow, to eliminate this they give dampener which fails very often. Pulsating flow does not give good cleaning. We are providing machines with three plungers and higher rpm so that the flow is non-pulsating and cleaning obtained is excellent.
- Anti Scale Device: We provide our machines with a Non Chemical anti scaling device. This ensures usage of any quality of water with minimum scale formation and long lasting efficient life of Steam Generator Tubes. This is a unique patented device.
- Better Design of Steam Generator: Steam generator is vertical with double coil for better and complete heat transfer. Vertical design does not allow the unburnt fuel to accumulate at the bottom. The exhaust is from the top and burner flame directed to the bottom allows movement of air draught to the top around the tubes. This gives high efficiency and saves fuel. Hence, there is less fuel consumption.
