These are triplex plunger reciprocating type with Tungsten Carbide coated plungers, which consists of: - Diameter: 26mm; Working Pressure: 1000 Bar; Discharge: 50 LPM; Pump Head: Stainless Steel; Packing Seals: Lamellar seals for much better longer life; Engine Rating: 150 HP Cummins; Flexible Coupling: Tyre Coupling with safety guard; Crankshaft: Forged alloy steel; Lubrication: Splash Lubrication; Reduction Gearbox: External shaft mounted helical gears enclosed inhousing (Specially selected material for minimum corrosion) with most effective heat dissipation and maintenance. Unloader: Skid mounted separately which minimize the pulsation?s thus enhancing the life of unloader components; Pressure adjustment is from zero to maximum; Safety valve: Safety valve mounted on head; Pressure Gauge: Glycerin filled fitted on the pump head; Header Water Tank: Fitted with antivortex baffle plate and filter; Trolley: Unit will be mounted on mobile trolley fitted with tyre & tube type wheels.
