EcoCFlex Cleaning Machine

Durr Ecoclean is a company, which manufactures products, systems and service solutions for technical cleaning applications and water-based surface treatment processes. The company develops aqueous cleaning and deburring systems for large and medium sized serial parts such as those from the automotive powertrain. The service portfolio includes spray cleaning systems, high-pressure cleaning systems, immersion cleaning systems, injection food washing, ultrasound cleaning systems, wet or dry cleaning, single chamber systems, etc. The EcoCFlex cleaning machine combines cleaning methods with the flexibility of a 6-axis robot, fully integrated into a treatment module. This design permits fast process optimisation or adjustment, involving quick, minimum effort workpiece changes. The EcoCFlex cleaning machine is applied for cylinder heads and crankcases, clutch and transmission housings, shift valve plates, crankshafts and camshafts, timing housings, and ABS mouldings.
