Cyclonic Scrubber

Enviro-Treat Engineers offers Cyclonic scrubber. It is ideal for applications with low inlet dust loadings and/or oil mist. It utilizes the unique multi-venturi deck as a preliminary collector. Dust laden gases enter the unit vertically and are directed through the multi-venturi deck where liquid id introduced co-currently with the gas stream utilizing low pressure, large orifice nozzles. Large particles are captured here and slurry is discharged through the bottom of the flooded elbow. The self-cleaning wet fan captures remaining fine dust particles.
