These are the multi-chamber multi-process systems that cater to cleaning requirements of parts that have complex geometries and holes, higher contamination and where high productivity is required. These usually come with material handling system (transporter) to transfer the baskets/parts from one chamber to other. Depending on the requirement/application these systems can feature: auto basket transporter (single head/multi head); high pressure spray clean (4 to 25 bar); ultrasonic for finer cleaning; immersed injection flood wash; rinsing process; rust inhibition process; hot air drying; vacuum drying – for parts with fine holes; basket rotation/oscillation/dunking/slow drag-out; coarse filtration; and fine filtration.NGCT Cleansys Pvt Ltd designs and manufactures standard and customised cleaning and degreasing machines for precision industrial parts.
