Guru Nanak offers an Blast Cleaning Machine. This airless machine is used for cleaning and finishing of aluminium die cast clutch plates using aluminium oxide as media. The clutch plates of aluminium die-castings are loaded in batches and in the pre determined time the complete lot is universally finished. As this is an airless machine, the users do not require a compressor at all, resulting in huge savings of electricity bills. The plates are loaded in batches and universal required finish could be achieved in predetermined period without using a compressor. The machine work on batch system and hence much more faster and with cheap running costs when compare to air blast models.
