Autoclean pH Systems

Global Electronics offers Autoclean pH Systems, 5000 Series. It is a fully automated pH/ORP electrode cleaning and maintenance system. It eliminates the manual process of cleaning and maintaining process pH electrodes. The new line of pneumatic retractable electrode holders with the controller cleans the pH electrode at the push of a button without interruption of the process. During the cleaning process, the electrode is withdrawn from the measurement to the cleaning position and the process is sealed off. The electrode is flushed with air, cleaned with appropriate cleaning chemical, rinsed and inserted back into the process, all in a completely automated sequence. This eliminates manual handling and cleaning of electrode resulting in better electrode performance and life. It retracts the electrode out of the process and stores the electrode in appropriate medium till it is required again. Membrane drying and electrode degradation is completely eliminated. It is available for gel filled or pressurisable pH electrodes.
