Hydro extractor (fixed type) for cloth

This is a very rigid and sturdy machine. This machine can be continuously operated. Extracts almost 90-95% of the water from the cloth. Since the extraction is due to high speed spinning the cloth gets much better durability. The inner spinning drum is made out of AISI 304 grade stainless steel sheet. The outer water collection basket is made of either aluminium or stainless steel. The whole assembly is mounted on heavy-duty channel-base, and multi-bearing combination is used for drive. The inner basket is dynamically balanced. It is essential to have good concrete foundation for this machine. There are four models available, the capacity ranging from 15 to 40 kg.
