Cleaning Cabinet

The Filtermist Component Cleaning Cabinet quickly and effortlessly removes fluid, dust, and metal chips left over from the machining processes. Using a simple foot operated valve to activate the extraction system, all the debris/coolant adhering to the machined component is collected in the container housed in the cleaning cabinet.

Working
A powerful air-gun enables efficient cleaning of the component and only operates if the foot operated valve is pressed, preserving the environment by preventing harmful particles and fluids being propelled into the working environment whilst saving energy. A simple connection to an existing air supply is all that is required for installation. No electricity needed to make the unit extremely versatile, maintenance free (no moving parts) and easy to position in the workshop.
